Warranty
This ElliGaitor Designs Ltd. product (splint) has been specifically designed and manufactured for the named child/client
in accordance with specification provided by the client's parent, guardian and/or health care provider.
The splint is intended for use by the client only and must be used in conjunction with
a prescribed and supervised therapy program.
Any issues or concerns with the splint must be brought to the attention of ElliGaitor Designs Ltd. immediately.
At ElliGaitor Designs Ltd.'s option, issues or concerns with the splint may be addressed as follows:
Option A
30 (thirty) days from the date of shipping ElliGaitor Designs Ltd. may issue a full refund (less shipping and handling) for unused splints returned in original packaging
Option B
At ElliGaitor Designs Ltd.'s option may replace or adjust the splint within 90 (ninety) days from the date of shipping. Adjustments made after 90 (ninety) days will be subject to a service fee.
